Your Inspection

Whether you are buying, selling or maintaining your home, Robert Roemisch Home Inspection provides professional and quality service from the moment you call me. I will walk through your home with you and teach you as much as you want to learn. I follow the standards of practice and code of ethics outlined by the State of New York.

I will examine your house visually including checking out the exterior of the building, as well as the interior.  I will look for signs of water damage, cracks, leaks, and other potential problems. I will explain the general condition and note anything unusual about the structure. Finally, I will give a detailed report describing what I found during our visit.  From that report, you will be able to see the items we discussed, with images for reference.
